At Tvarra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
